She is a member of the Committees on Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization, Government Operations, and Health.

A list of all the legislation Councilmember Nadeau has introduced and co-introduced is available on the Council's legislation tracker LIMS.

Policy Papers Developed After Community Collaboration Process

After engaging in a collaborative process with Ward 1 constituents, community leaders and issue-area experts, Councilmember Nadeau released comprehensive documents outlining her major policy priorities. These working documents outline major challenges facing the ward, and ways that the Councilmember can work with the community to address those long-term issues through legislation and oversight of District agencies. The four areas of concentration are:

  • Housing
  • Education and Youth
  • Neighborhoods, Transportation and the Environment
  • Public Safety, Health, the Economy and Government Operations
